Gold Mining Project

Carver Industries is negotiating to establish a Joint Venture Partnership with New Horizon Minerals (NHM).  NHM is a registered Liberian company.  NHM is a gold producer, engaged in exploration and mining projects in highly prospective areas of Liberia.

NHM has a Class B Mining license.

NHM owns the licenses to mine on 15 concession blocks.

All blocks are in Grand Cape Mount in Western Liberia. 

Each concession block is 25 acres. 

NHM currently controls the mining rights on 375 acres.

We own the mining rights for 5 years with renewable options.

All licenses have been received and excavation has started.  NHM is on track to begin producing Gold in 1Q15.
