Our close relationships with the diamond suppliers, mining companies and various governmental ministries and heads of states throughout the DRC, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Angola, Namibia and Ghana, ensures a continuous supply of high quality natural African rough diamonds.

The Primary Procurement Office 

Carver will establish primary procurement offices Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Monrovia, Liberia.  Each procurement office will be the heart of the central business district.  These locations were selected because of our current knowledge of the country’s rough diamond policy and our vast network of rough diamond miners, suppliers and dealers, and its easy access to all our secondary procurement countries. The offices will handle building on the present network of suppliers, procuring, grading, sorting and exporting to the United States

Secondary Procurement Offices

The secondary procurement offices will be located in Angola, Central African Republic, Guinea, Lesotho, Liberia, Republic of Congo, Tanzania, and Sierra Leone, places where we have a smaller and less active network of rough diamond miners, suppliers and dealers currently.
